Brevan Development has launched the second phase of its Lake House residential project in Obour City after receiving ministerial approval, a key regulatory milestone that allows the company to move ahead with the project's implementation. The developer expects the newly launched phase to generate more than EGP 1 billion in sales, building on the strong market response received during the first phase. The approval marks the completion of the project's regulatory procedures and enables construction and sales activities to progress according to the company's planned schedule.
According to Brevan Development, demand recorded during the first phase encouraged the company to accelerate the launch of the second phase. The new release introduces a wider selection of residential units with different layouts, views and flexible payment options designed to meet current market conditions while catering to a broad range of homebuyers and investors.
Lake House is located on Axis Line 10 in Obour City, opposite the District 8 villas and adjacent to the New Obour City Authority. Spread across approximately 9.5 feddans, the project has been planned as a low-density residential community with landscaped open spaces and integrated lifestyle amenities. The development is intended to offer residents a balance between modern housing and green surroundings while benefiting from Obour City's growing residential infrastructure.
The second phase comprises apartments, ground-floor units with private gardens and duplex residences. Unit sizes range from 136 square metres to 350 square metres, providing options for different family sizes and buyer preferences. Buyers can purchase units with a 15% down payment, while instalment plans extend for up to six years.
Brevan Development has planned a range of recreational and community facilities within the project to enhance residents' quality of life. These include landscaped green areas, artificial lakes, swimming pools, a clubhouse, children's play zones, walking tracks, parking facilities, electronic entry gates and round-the-clock security systems. The integrated design aims to create a self-contained residential environment that combines convenience, recreation and security.
The company stated that these amenities have been incorporated to meet the evolving expectations of homebuyers seeking well-planned residential communities with comprehensive lifestyle facilities rather than standalone housing developments.
The launch of the second phase reflects Brevan Development's confidence in the Obour City residential market and follows encouraging sales performance during the project's initial launch. With ministerial approval secured and new inventory now available, the company is moving into the next stage of Lake House while continuing construction and development activities. The project also adds to the pipeline of modern residential communities being developed in Greater Cairo, where developers continue to introduce integrated housing projects supported by flexible payment plans and lifestyle-focused amenities.
