Brigade’s Bengaluru Vision: Crafting Landmarks on the City’s Horizon

In the ever-evolving tapestry of Bengaluru’s real estate scene, a bold new chapter has begun. Renowned developer Brigade Group has acquired a sprawling 20.19-acre land parcel for a striking ₹588.33 crore, set along the vibrant Whitefield–Hoskote Road—an axis where opportunity and growth converge.

The newly acquired plot sits at the heart of one of Bengaluru’s fastest-growing corridors, surrounded by dynamic IT parks, major industrial hubs, and unfolding infrastructure projects. Through its subsidiary, Ananthay Properties Private Limited, Brigade secured the land outright.

A Grand Blueprint for Development

Brigade’s vision is to transform this site into a mixed-use marvel. Plans are already underway for a development with an impressive Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹5,200 crore. Here, a world will rise—housing 4.2 million square feet of built-up area that harmoniously blends residential, commercial, and retail spaces.

“This acquisition aligns with our vision to develop landmark destinations that integrate living, working, and leisure. The Whitefield–Hoskote belt is poised for exponential growth, and we’re excited to contribute meaningfully to its transformation,” shared Pavitra Shankar, managing director of Brigade Enterprises.

Building on Momentum: Previous Moves

  • Brigade’s march across Bengaluru has been anything but quiet. Earlier in January, the group inked a deal to create a grand residential project nearby—a 20-acre site poised to unlock ₹2,700 crore in development potential. With plans for around 2.5 million sq ft of saleable residential space, this project reaffirms Brigade’s intent to shape urban living
  • April witnessed another stride as the group signed a joint development agreement for an ambitious plotted project in Malur, East Bengaluru. Spanning 20 acres and worth ₹175 crore in GDV, this is Brigade’s first such venture in the region, offering thoughtfully designed residential plots.
  • June saw the launch of Brigade Insignia, a premium community in Yelahanka. Spread across 6 acres, this lavish enclave lays claim to a revenue potential of ₹1,100 crore with six towers and 379 upscale apartments in multiple configurations.
