Burtville Hands Over 111-Unit Ville 11 in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi-based Burtville Developments has celebrated the handover of Ville 11.

This is a boutique residential development in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi.

The milestone marks a significant step for the developer and its growing portfolio of residential projects across the emirate.

Ville 11 is located at the entrance of Masdar City. It comprises 111 residential units.

Handover Ceremony

The handover ceremony was attended by Ahmed Baghoum, Chief Executive Officer of Masdar City. Eng. Islam Suleiman, Chief Executive Officer of Burtville Developments, also attended, alongside company representatives and project stakeholders.

Suleiman said Ville 11 reflects what Burtville set out to achieve. He described it as a combination of striking architecture, thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship for modern living.

He added that the team is equally proud of how efficiently the project was delivered.

He noted it was completed 14 months ahead of schedule. He said this reflects the strength of the team and its commitment to delivering high-quality projects with speed and precision.
