Deepki acquires Camion 2026

Real estate software-as-a-service platform Deepki has acquired UK-based Camion, a specialist agentic AI firm for the built environment, as the firm looks to broaden its offering to include electrification, energy generation and storage.

The deal brings together Camion's AI capabilities with Deepki's data platform, aiming to help landlords and investors pinpoint the most valuable investment opportunities, cut energy costs and lock in access to power.

What the acquisition combines

As part of the acquisition, Deepki's data layer, covering more than 500,000 assets across 95 countries, will be merged with Camion's agentic AI technology. The two companies said they are already working with major global real estate clients ahead of the formal completion of the deal.

Expected impact: 40% NOI increase, 90% faster underwriting

Deepki said the integration of Camion's technology is intended to deliver measurable performance gains for clients:

  • Up to a 40 per cent increase in client net operating income through targeted upgrades
  • Underwriting of new energy assets up to 90 per cent faster

These improvements are aimed at helping real estate owners and investors move more quickly and confidently on electrification-related investment decisions across their portfolios.

What Deepki and Camion leaders say

Vincent Bryant, co-founder and chief executive of Deepki, described the acquisition as a milestone dedicated to strengthening what the company can offer its clients.

He said combining Camion's electrification models with Deepki's AI Lab gives institutional investors an always-on, AI-driven platform aimed at protecting asset value and supporting long-term performance across global portfolios. Bryant also welcomed Camion's team, noting their experience at companies including Tesla and Palantir.

Jacob Monroe, co-founder and chief executive of Camion Energy, said Camion was founded on the belief that institutional real estate portfolios hold among their most significant untapped opportunities in electrification.
