Anna Samulak, head of sales at Develia, said the project was designed with both apartment functionality and shared resident spaces in mind, pointing to light-filled layouts, an elegant entrance area and the green patio as features that create a comfortable and welcoming place to live.
She also highlighted the location's coastal climate as an additional draw for buyers weighing a move to the area.
