DHG Properties has completed Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), marking the Swiss developer's first residential project in the UAE.
The completion was formally confirmed after Dubai Municipality issued the Building Completion Certificate.
The development includes 430 residences across 25 floors and more than 73,000 square metres of built-up area.
DHG said the project was delivered within two years. Its full superstructure was completed in 12 months, while more than 1,100 workers, technicians and engineers were involved during peak construction activity.
The development combines residential units with lifestyle amenities and building systems designed for long-term performance.
The project is located in JVC, one of Dubai's established residential communities.
Helvetia Residences was launched for off-plan sales in February 2024.
Construction was carried out under a coordinated programme involving DHG's Swiss engineering team and UAE-based contractor Aroma International Building Contracting.
DHG had earlier awarded Aroma a construction contract worth AED 250 million for the project.
Construction reached 95% completion by June 2026 before the final completion certificate was issued.

Helvetia Residences forms part of DHG's expansion into the UAE residential market.
The developer is part of Swiss real estate and construction group DHG, which has a long-established presence in Europe.
The company is also developing another residential project in Meydan, Dubai.
The expansion comes as Dubai continues to see strong residential development and rising delivery volumes.

The completion comes during a period of increased residential supply in Dubai.
Around 24,800 homes were completed during the first half of 2026, representing a 37.6% increase compared with the same period a year earlier.
The latest delivery adds completed housing stock to JVC while marking an important milestone for DHG's UAE development portfolio.
