The ambitious residential project, nestled just off Whitefield Main Road, is set to redefine urban living with an impressive 1.6 million square feet of saleable area. Envisioned to offer around 1,000 thoughtfully designed apartments—including 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK configurations—the development is projected to generate a gross development value (GDV) of ₹1,600 crore. With a planned launch in FY2027, the project promises to elevate the standard of living for Bengaluru’s discerning homebuyers.

Whitefield’s enduring appeal lies in its robust infrastructure, thriving IT ecosystem, and a steady influx of professionals seeking quality homes. “Whitefield continues to be a strategic focus for us,” said Aditya Virwani, Managing Director of Embassy Developments Ltd. “As a predominantly end-user-driven micro-market, it has demonstrated remarkable resilience, supported by sustained demand and ongoing infrastructure enhancements.”

Building a Robust Future Pipeline

This latest JDA marks another milestone in Embassy Group’s expansive growth strategy. The company currently boasts a secured launch pipeline of 10 residential projects in FY2026, with an anticipated GDV exceeding ₹22,000 crore. “This deal reinforces our commitment to building a robust future pipeline, and we are actively exploring new opportunities across key markets,” Virwani added.

A Track Record of Excellence

Embassy Group’s recent track record includes a joint development agreement for a 3.75-acre site in Whitefield, where it will soon launch a premium residential project tailored for millennials. Spanning 5.4 lakh square feet of saleable area, this development will feature around 400 apartments in modern configurations, further cementing the company’s reputation for innovation and quality.
