The three office units, situated on the first floor of the Boomerang building in Andheri East, cover a substantial carpet area of 13,546 sq ft. The transaction agreement was officially registered on July 9, 2025, marking an important chapter in the Roshan family’s growing real estate portfolio.

Transaction Details & Previous Investments

  • The purchase triggered a stamp duty payment of ₹1.86 crore and registration fees of ₹30,000.
  • The sellers comprised Manish Krishangopal Bazari, Shalini Manish Bazari, and Bazspace Pvt. Ltd.
  • This acquisition follows a notable September 2024 purchase of five office units in the same building's fifth floor for ₹37.75 crore.
