
Actor Kalki Koechlin has sold her apartment in Mumbai's Andheri West for ₹2.55 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The transaction was officially registered on April 21, 2026, and reflects the continued activity in Mumbai's residential property market, particularly in sought-after western suburbs.
The apartment is located in Varsova Kiran Co-operative Housing Society Ltd in Andheri West and has a carpet area of approximately 1,230 sq ft. According to registration documents, the buyer of the property is Yuvraj Ahuja. The transaction attracted a stamp duty payment of ₹16.08 lakh and registration charges of ₹30,000.
Koechlin had originally purchased the apartment in December 2015 for ₹1.95 crore. Based on the latest transaction value of ₹2.55 crore, the actor realised an appreciation of around ₹60 lakh over a holding period of roughly ten years. The gain translates into an estimated 31% capital appreciation on her original investment.
The transaction highlights the long-term investment potential of residential properties in Mumbai's established micro-markets, where strong connectivity and sustained demand have supported property values over the years.
