
Knight Frank has been appointed exclusive leasing agent for VINCI Office Center at 100 Opolska Street in Kraków, Poland. The mandate covers the leasing of available office space and efforts to strengthen the property's position in the local office market.
The building is asset managed by Sharow Capital. Knight Frank will support leasing activity by combining local market knowledge, marketing expertise and engagement with prospective tenants.
VINCI Office Center provides approximately 21,000 square metres of total leasable space across 13 above-ground floors and four underground levels. A typical office floor offers around 1,640 square metres, with layouts that can be adapted to individual tenant requirements.
The property offers both full-floor space and smaller office modules. This flexibility allows businesses to select premises suited to their organisational size and working models.
VINCI Office Center holds BREEAM Excellent and WELL Health-Safety certifications. Its building systems include energy-efficient lighting, free cooling, water-saving solutions and a modern building management system.
The ventilation system supplies 60,000 cubic metres of fresh air per hour. The building can also recover up to 70% of thermal energy, supporting its technical performance and energy efficiency.

Guy Speir, co-founder at Sharow Capital, said the company selected Knight Frank for its long-term knowledge of the local market, experience and ability to combine strategic thinking with marketing and active tenant engagement.

VINCI Office Center is situated on Opolska Street, one of Kraków's main arterial roads. Tram connections, bus routes and cycle paths provide access across the city, including links to the city centre and Kraków-Balice Airport.
