According to property registration documents accessed by Propstack, the office is located on the eighth floor of the commercial tower owned by Alborz Developers Ltd. The lease commenced on April 1, 2026, reflecting Lenskart's continued expansion as one of India's fastest-growing consumer technology companies.

The transaction further strengthens Aerocity's position as one of India's most sought-after commercial business districts. The location has witnessed a series of large corporate leasing deals in recent months as companies increasingly prefer Grade A office developments offering modern infrastructure, excellent connectivity and premium business environments.

Nine-Year Lease at Worldmark 6

The lease has been executed for a period of nine years, with Lenskart agreeing to pay monthly rentals of approximately ₹1.86 crore.
