
Lenskart Solutions Ltd has leased 88,343 square feet of premium office space at Worldmark 6 in Delhi's Aerocity, with the total rental commitment estimated at approximately ₹232 crore over a nine-year lease period. According to property registration documents accessed by Propstack, the office is located on the eighth floor of the commercial tower owned by Alborz Developers Ltd. The lease commenced on April 1, 2026, reflecting Lenskart's continued expansion as one of India's fastest-growing consumer technology companies.
The transaction further strengthens Aerocity's position as one of India's most sought-after commercial business districts. The location has witnessed a series of large corporate leasing deals in recent months as companies increasingly prefer Grade A office developments offering modern infrastructure, excellent connectivity and premium business environments.
The lease has been executed for a period of nine years, with Lenskart agreeing to pay monthly rentals of approximately ₹1.86 crore. The agreement also includes a standard 15% rent escalation every three years, a common feature in long-term commercial office leases. The company has additionally deposited a security amount of about ₹7.42 crore.
Worldmark 6 forms part of Bharti Realty's expanding Worldmark Aerocity commercial campus, one of Delhi-NCR's largest mixed-use business destinations.
