The round includes ₹17.06 crore raised through a SEED round for MicroMitti's holding firm and ₹72.94 crore strategically allocated to its Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) spearheading iconic projects in Indore, in collaboration with celebrated architect Sanjay Puri.
Taking its vision global, MicroMitti has launched its U.S. arm, MicroMitti Inc., to transform real estate investments internationally. This expansion aims to attract global investors and foster cross-border collaboration in innovative property investment ventures. The U.S. entity will focus on forging strategic partnerships and implementing MicroMitti’s successful Proptech model in major global markets.
Founder & CEO Manoj Dhanotiya shared that the newly acquired capital would be instrumental in expanding the platform's proptech capabilities, emphasizing AI-driven analytics and automation, while also supporting the execution of large-scale real estate projects aimed at building long-term wealth.
MicroMitti is leveraging its strategic collaborations to uphold innovation and quality across its projects. Partnerships with renowned firms like global real estate consultancy JLL, acclaimed architect Sanjay Puri, and top-tier law firms ensure excellence in project management, architecture, and legal compliance.
The startup is developing landmark projects such as CyberCity Indore, Indore Fintech Park, Selene Residential Tower, and Madhuvan Project. These projects are set to redefine Indore’s urban landscape while positioning the city as a hub for premium real estate developments.
With an AUM of ₹700 crore, driven by land contributions from various investors, MicroMitti is scaling its portfolio to new heights. The projected asset sale value of these developments is expected to surpass ₹2,500 crore within the next 3-5 years, backed by premium offerings.
