Polish residential developer Develia has started construction of the second phase of its Morska Vita residential development in Gdynia, bringing 168 apartments to the market.
Located in the Leszczynki district, the project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028. Prices for apartments in the new phase start at 10,500 złoty per square metre.
The homes will range from 32 to 112 square metres, with layouts offering one to five rooms.
The development is located near the Trójmiejski Park Krajobrazowy and the Bay of Gdańsk.
Develia Construction is the general contractor, while Rebel Concept Sp. z o.o. prepared the design based on an architectural concept by Maarte.
All apartments in the second phase will include a balcony, loggia or terrace.
Triple-glazed windows are designed to maximise natural light and provide views towards the port and surrounding parkland.
The residential complex will also include underground parking facilities, bicycle storage, green courtyards and ground-floor commercial units.
Three playgrounds are planned for the development, including a sensory garden.
The amenities form part of the project’s design, which combines residential functionality with access to green spaces and public transport.
The Grabówek SKM station is within walking distance and provides connections to central Gdynia and the wider Trójmiasto area.
Prices in the second phase of Morska Vita start at 10,500 złoty per square metre.
Develia is also continuing to sell remaining apartments from the first phase, with prices starting at 9,700 złoty per square metre. These homes are scheduled for handover in the third quarter of 2027.
The difference in starting prices between the two phases is 800 złoty per square metre.
The new phase is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028, while the first phase has an earlier handover timeline.
