North Bucharest Investments (NBI) and Denya are marking a new stage in their partnership for Denya Lake, a residential development in the Pipera area of northern Bucharest.
The companies will hold a private event called “Discover Denya Lake” on 8 October 2026.
The event will take place at the project site from 6:30 PM. It will bring together investors, clients and business partners for a private viewing of the €45 million residential project.
Ronen Ginsburg, CEO of Denya Group, will attend the event in Bucharest alongside Shlomi Mintzer, CEO of Danya Cebus Romania, and Vlad Musteata, Founder and CEO of North Bucharest Investments.
Denya Lake is centred around a villa-based residential concept. The development focuses on privacy, green spaces and a professionally managed community.
The project also provides access to business, education and lifestyle destinations in northern Bucharest. It forms part of Denya’s wider residential development strategy in Romania.
Denya has been active in Romania since 2007. During this period, the group has delivered shopping centres, office buildings and thousands of residential units across the country.
Its Romanian residential portfolio includes Denya Forest, Denya Lake, Denya Home and Denya Premium.

Denya Home, another development in Pipera, will comprise 928 residential units across buildings ranging from five to eight storeys. The project will also include underground parking and landscaped areas.
Phase 1 of Denya Home includes 172 apartments. During the first two months following its launch, 30% of the units were sold, representing approximately €9.5 million in total sales value.
Denya is also preparing a development of approximately 350 villas in Corbeanca. The project is currently at the permitting stage.
Another project, Denya Premium, will comprise three buildings with a total of 314 apartments. The development will include underground parking, a swimming pool and a fitness club adjacent to Denya Forest.

For NBI, the partnership with Denya forms part of its strategy of building direct relationships with developers and strengthening its position in the premium residential and investment segments.
NBI's integrated offering covers advisory, investment, brokerage, marketing and sales services. The company is working with Denya as the residential developer continues to expand its portfolio in Romania.
Shlomi Mintzer said Denya Lake reflects the company's approach of combining construction quality, architecture and the living experience with a long-term perspective.
He also described the Discover Denya Lake event as an opportunity to experience the project beyond images and plans.
The upcoming event will provide investors, clients and business partners with an opportunity to view the €45 million Denya Lake project in person as the partnership between NBI and Denya enters a new stage.
