Notandas Realty's directors have acquired Villa Wilson, a heritage bungalow in Mumbai's upscale Juhu locality, for ₹135 crore. Located close to Amitabh Bachchan's iconic residence Jalsa, the property marks the developer's second landmark estate acquisition in the suburb this year.
Villa Wilson was acquired by Notandas Realty directors Mahesh Jagwani and Harsh Jagwani. The property stands on a plot measuring approximately 1,038.50 square metres, with a future developable area of around 11,836.94 square metres. The company said the bungalow had attracted interest from several developers and high-net-worth individuals before the transaction was concluded with the Jagwani family.

Notandas Realty plans to develop a luxury residential project on the site with a gross development value of ₹600 crore. Harsh Jagwani, Managing Director of Notandas Realty, said the acquisition reflects the company's intent to expand its footprint in Juhu while carrying forward the locality's cultural character into a modern setting, adding that the company plans to partner with international architects to create future-forward architecture that still honours Juhu's historical identity.
This is Notandas Realty's second major bungalow acquisition in Juhu in 2026, following its earlier purchase of the sea-facing Leela Bungalow for ₹221 crore. The company, which develops luxury and ultra-luxury residential and commercial projects across Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, and Juhu, had also launched two premium residential projects in the area last year Notan Tides and Notan DC as part of its broader push into Mumbai's high-end housing market.
Juhu remains one of Mumbai's most expensive residential neighbourhoods, home to several celebrities, business families, and premium developments. Landmark bungalows and standalone estates in the area continue to draw strong interest from developers and wealthy buyers, driven by limited land availability and the potential for high-value luxury redevelopment in one of the city's most sought-after coastal micro-markets.
