The initial phase of New Amritsar will offer residential plots in a variety of sizes—300 sq yards, 500 sq yards, and 1,000 sq yards—catering to a wide range of homebuyers. The township will also feature commercial spaces, schools, and a host of modern amenities designed to create a self-sustaining, vibrant community. These offerings are carefully curated to meet the needs of families, professionals, and investors alike.

Omaxe’s investment in New Amritsar is being funded through internal accruals, ensuring a strong foundation for the project’s launch. As the township evolves and demand grows, the company is open to exploring additional funding routes to support further development
