ORA Developers, a global developer and curator of lifestyle destinations, has announced the launch of its premium residential community, Y Views, within its flagship development Bayn, a 4.8 million sqm coastal masterplan in the Ghantoot corridor located between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The launch adds a boutique villa offering to a masterplan that already spans a broad mix of residential and lifestyle components.

Inside Bayn: a 4.8 million sqm coastal masterplan

Bayn is ORA's flagship development and forms part of a total AED30 billion ($8.16 billion) investment commitment by the developer.

The community includes a 1.2km natural beachfront, a five-star resort, a 204-berth marina, a business park, schools, healthcare facilities and a sports club, all within a masterplan where 55 per cent of the area is dedicated to open space, positioning it as a large-scale, amenity-rich coastal destination along the corridor connecting Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Y Views: 3-8 bedroom villas from AED6.5 million

Y Views is a boutique collection of three- to eight-bedroom luxury villas and mansions, with plots currently available up to 31,000 sq ft in size, starting at AED6.5 million onwards.

Leading real estate brokerage betterhomes has been appointed by ORA to lead the current release, giving buyers direct, priority access to units.

According to the developer, each Y Views villa is designed so that every bedroom faces the sea or a waterway, a configuration with few direct comparisons on the Ghantoot corridor.

What ORA and betterhomes say about the launch

Tamer Fikry, Chief Sales Officer at ORA Developers, said Y Views represents the next chapter in Bayn's evolution, bringing to market a collection that reflects the scale and quality of what the company is building in Ghantoot and said betterhomes' market knowledge and established buyer network make it the right partner to bring the release to the right audience.

Richard Waind, CEO of betterhomes, said the market has not previously seen a villa release of this scale on the Ghantoot corridor, noting that buyers looking at Abu Dhabi and Dubai have traditionally had to choose one city or the other.

He said Bayn, sitting directly on that corridor, removes that choice altogether, adding that plots as large as 31,000 sq ft in this location are not something the market has had access to until now.
