Vastint Poland has signed a lease agreement with Pruftechnik, part of FLUKE Corporation, for 2,370 sqm of office space at B10, the company's certified office building next to the Wrocław-Mikołajów railway station.
The deal brings another industrial technology occupier into one of Poland's most accredited office addresses, adding to a tenant mix that reflects the broad range of sectors drawn to Wrocław's mature business environment.
B10 is a five-storey building offering 14,000 sqm of workspace, developed, owned and managed by Vastint, and designed by APA Wojciechowski architects.
It functions as a natural extension of the neighbouring Business Garden complex, one of the largest business centres in Lower Silesia. The building holds Platinum ratings across three independent certification standards:

Zuzanna Szymańska, President of the Management Board at Pruftechnik, said the new office meets the company's expectations on both functionality and location, pointing to its proximity to the business district and convenient transport connections as key factors in supporting further business growth.
For an industrial reliability specialist expanding its Central European footprint, a well-connected address with high technical infrastructure standards is a practical requirement rather than a preference.
Marek Ulanecki, Senior Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland, described Wrocław as the third-largest office market in Poland, consistently attracting expanding organisations across multiple economic sectors.
He pointed to the city's mature labour market, educated talent base and quality of life as the underlying drivers, alongside the technical and amenity standards that Vastint has built into B10 and Business Garden.
The lease with Pruftechnik is a further signal that Wrocław's western city centre is drawing demand from technically sophisticated occupiers who need more than a standard office fit-out and that B10's triple Platinum standing is doing measurable work in those conversations.
