Designed by global architecture firm Gensler, the project is strategically located in the Corniche district of Khobar, near Downtown Khobar and just minutes from the Corniche, placing it at the heart of one of the city's most vibrant areas. With construction phases proceeding as per schedule, the project is on track for handover in 2029.
Miraf District will consist of four main components:
The project will have a built-up area of 200,000 sq m, including up to 29,000 sq m of leasable commercial space and over 20,000 sq m of office space.
In total, Miraf District comprises 152 residential units, a 240-key hotel and more than 1,200 fully shaded parking spaces.
The developer said the project's location ensures a seamless urban experience that meets the aspirations of residents, visitors and entrepreneurs.
A company spokesman said the project brings together a diverse range of components designed to provide an integrated environment, including the Hotel Indigo, Miraf Business Tower, The Plaza and Miraf Residences, alongside numerous facilities and services such as open outdoor spaces, an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, restaurants and cafés, shopping malls, a supermarket, specialised clinics and cinemas.
