A Landmark Project for Mumbai’s Future
Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors Ltd (Rustomjee Group) has secured the letter of acceptance for a transformative redevelopment project at GTB Nagar, Sion, in collaboration with the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA). Valued at ₹4,521 crore, this ambitious initiative is set to reshape one of Mumbai’s central neighborhoods, unlocking new opportunities for more than 1,400 families.
Spanning 11.19 acres, the project will create approximately 20.7 lakh square feet of saleable area, making it one of the largest redevelopments in the city. The initiative will benefit 1,200 society members and 200 slum residents, blending improved infrastructure with a commitment to inclusive, sustainable urban development.
Boman Irani, Chairman and Managing Director of Keystone Realtors, expressed his pride in being entrusted with this significant responsibility. “We are honored to have received the LOA for the redevelopment of GTB Nagar in Sion—a project that carries the hopes of 1,200 society members and 200 slum residents,” he said. “Our endeavor is to create spaces that go beyond infrastructure and spark a positive transformation in the way people live, grow, and thrive. Together, we move forward—not just to rebuild homes, but to reshape futures.”
Since its incorporation in 1995, Keystone Realtors has delivered over 26 million square feet of real estate, with a robust pipeline of more than 40 million square feet. The company has completed 37 projects, has 16 underway, and 26 in planning. This latest project further cements Rustomjee’s position as a leading force in Mumbai’s real estate sector.
The GTB Nagar redevelopment is more than a construction project—it is a catalyst for social and economic transformation. By prioritizing quality, sustainability, and community, Rustomjee is setting a new standard for urban redevelopment in Mumbai.
