Rutkowski Group has completed a new Lidl store in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Poland. The retail property is located at 7 Gen.
Józefa Bema Street and will remain part of Rutkowski Commercial’s commercial property portfolio.
Rutkowski Construction delivered the project for Rutkowski Commercial. Lidl became the tenant and officially opened the store on August 27, 2026.
The occupancy permit was issued on August 10, allowing the completed property to be handed over for the store fit-out.
The new Lidl occupies more than 2,000 square metres of space. The sales area covers 1,351 square metres.
The project was developed on a 7,500-square-metre plot and includes a 91-space parking area.
The development also includes external technical infrastructure and internal roads.
Lidl said the new store is its second location in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki. The opening was part of the retailer’s wider expansion across Poland.

The property is located within a conservation protection zone. As a result, the building’s architecture was designed to reference the historic structures of the Modlin Fortress area.
The development also features a green roof. These elements were incorporated to align the commercial building with the character of its surroundings.
EurobuildCEE reported that the project is the first investment to fully combine the capabilities of Rutkowski Commercial and Rutkowski Construction within one development process.

The Lidl project forms part of Rutkowski Group’s strategy to expand its own portfolio of commercial properties in Poland.
Rutkowski Commercial manages assets designed to generate long-term rental income.
The group’s portfolio includes land for residential development, retail parks and standalone commercial properties.
The company has also opened MYPark Suwałki and is preparing a project offering more than 20,000 square metres of leasable space in the Tricity area.
The Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki project therefore represents both a new retail asset and a wider step in Rutkowski Group’s strategy to develop and retain commercial properties.
