Shah Rukh Khan Partners With Danube for Dubai Residences

Danube Properties has announced the next chapter of its partnership with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan with the launch of Shahrukhz Residences by Danube. The fully furnished waterfront residential tower is located in Dubai Maritime City.

The launch follows the success of Shahrukhz by Danube, a commercial tower that the developer said sold out on launch day.

Apartments Start at AED 1.65 Million

Apartments at Shahrukhz Residences start at AED 1.65 million. The project offers a flexible payment plan, with 30% payable during construction and the remaining 70% due upon handover.

According to Danube, the project is positioned as the world's first celebrity-named residential tower. The development will offer views of the sea and Dubai skyline.

Gauri Khan Designs the Penthouses

The project's penthouses have been designed by interior designer Gauri Khan, who is also Shah Rukh Khan's wife. Her involvement adds a distinctive design element to the residences.

The tower will feature more than 40 lifestyle amenities. These include wellness, sports, entertainment and family-focused facilities designed around the project's luxury residential concept.

Longevity Lounge and Lifestyle Amenities

One of the project's features is a Longevity Lounge with cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a red-light therapy bed and an infrared sauna.

The development will also include aqua-themed play areas, sports facilities, children's daycare, cycling and jogging tracks, and other premium experiences inspired by what Danube describes as “King style” living.

An exclusive King's Club will be located on the rooftop. Residents will also have access to a private yacht as part of the project's lifestyle offering.

Shah Rukh Khan Continues Danube Partnership

Shah Rukh Khan said he was pleased to continue his partnership with Rizwan Sajan for Shahrukhz Residences. He said the concept aims to create homes where his fans can experience a lifestyle similar to his own.

Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, said the residential project was developed in response to customer demand following the response to Shahrukhz by Danube.

He said Shahrukhz Residences brings together luxury, wellness, entertainment and premium design to create a distinctive residential address.
