
Sonu Nigam has purchased an office unit in Mumbai's Andheri West. The total consideration was Rs 1 crore. This is according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The seller is Singular Health Private Limited. The purchaser is listed as Sonu Agamkumar Nigam, the singer's full name.
An email query was sent to Singular Health Private Limited. Nigam could not be reached for comment.
The office space is located in Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road. It measures 258.33 sq ft in carpet area. The transaction was registered on August 6, 2026.
The purchase adds to a growing list of celebrity property transactions in Mumbai.
Commercial and residential real estate in western suburbs like Andheri, Bandra and Juhu continues to attract high-value buyers.
Nigam has remained in the news for several real estate transactions over the last two years. These include commercial office spaces and land deals.
In May 2026, Nigam sold 1.067 hectares of land in Karjat for Rs 95 lakh. The land falls within the Mumbai 3.0 development area, per CRE Matrix documents.
In April 2026, he sold multiple land parcels totalling over 1.9 hectares in Karjat, a hill station in Raigad district near Mumbai, for Rs 1.95 crore.

In February 2026, Nigam's father, Agam Kumar Nigam, purchased a 1,197 sq m land parcel in Mumbai's Madh Island.
It included a ground-plus-one-floor residential and commercial structure. The total price was Rs 10 crore, per documents accessed by Liases Foras.
In 2025, Nigam leased commercial property in Mumbai's Santacruz East. The five-year lease had a total rent of over Rs 12.61 crore.
The office is located in Trade Centre BKC and measures 4,257 sq ft, according to documents reviewed by SquareYards.
The property was leased to Pattni Hospitality, which operates the Downtown 29 cafe and bar.
That transaction was registered on December 2, 2025.
Taken together, these deals show Nigam has been active across land, office and lease transactions in and around Mumbai over the past two years.
