Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2026 at Emirates Hospitality Hall

The Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2026 recorded 344 real estate transactions worth AED226 million on its third day. The event attracted 6,936 visitors at the Emirates Hospitality Hall.

The transaction figures and visitor turnout highlight the activity recorded during the exhibition and the interest surrounding Ajman’s real estate market.

Real Estate Classification Programme Winners Honoured

During the third day of the exhibition, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, honoured the winners of the Real Estate Classification Programme Awards.

The ceremony announced the results of the programme’s sixth edition. The programme focuses on supporting the development of the real estate sector by improving the performance of property development companies and real estate brokerage offices.

It also aims to enhance the quality of life in residential communities.

Focus on Real Estate Sector Development

Sheikh Abdulaziz praised the award winners for keeping pace with the rapid growth of Ajman’s real estate market. He highlighted their use of innovative working methods and integrated services designed to meet future requirements.

The recognition formed part of the exhibition’s activities, bringing attention to companies and brokerage offices contributing to the emirate’s real estate sector.

Developers, Investors and Real Estate Specialists Attend

The exhibition was organised by the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department. It featured participation from leading property developers, officials, investors and real estate specialists.

Visitors also took part in interactive competitions and activities offering prizes during the event.

The exhibition brought together participants from different parts of the real estate sector, providing a platform for property developers, investors and specialists to engage with the market and its ongoing activities.

Ajman Exhibition Extended by One Day

Following the strong turnout, Sheikh Abdulaziz directed that the exhibition be extended for an additional day.

The exhibition will continue until Thursday, 17 September, and will remain open from 10:00 to 20:00.

The extension gives visitors an additional opportunity to attend the exhibition, which has recorded substantial transaction activity and visitor participation during its 2026 edition.
