
Aldar has announced that Saadiyat Grove will open in the fourth quarter of 2026. The destination is located in Abu Dhabi's Saadiyat Cultural District.
It is a mixed-use development. It will feature leading global brands, restaurants, and cafes. It will also include cultural and entertainment facilities, offices, residential spaces, hotels, and health and wellness facilities.
Saadiyat Grove is framed by three iconic cultural establishments. These are the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and the Zayed National Museum.
The Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi and teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi are also nearby. Saadiyat Grove serves as the connecting heart of the Saadiyat Cultural District. This is a one-square-mile area inspired by art, culture, and connection.
Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak is Chairman of Aldar. He said Saadiyat Grove is central to positioning Saadiyat Island and Abu Dhabi more broadly, as a global destination.
He described it as a place for culture-led living, tourism, and investment. He called it the first destination of its kind in the region.
Talal Al Dhiyebi is Group Chief Executive Officer of Aldar. He said Saadiyat Grove marks a new era for luxury retail in Abu Dhabi.
He described it as a destination built to stand alongside the world's great retail addresses. He said it is rooted in Emirati hospitality.
He added that it is expected to attract global visitors and help establish luxury retail as a major pillar of Abu Dhabi's economy.

The destination will be home to Saadiyat Forum. This is a 7,000 sqm space bringing culture, hospitality, and luxury together.
It will use a transformable platform shaped by an evolving programme of experiences and collaborations. It will also introduce a reimagined cinema experience.
A 2,200 sqm executive club will connect to the retail environment. It will combine private offices, boardrooms, and member lounges with concierge service and hospitality.

Saadiyat Grove will provide 25,000 sqm of premium office space. This will be spread across four Grade A buildings, catering to local and international institutions.
Saadiyat Grove is expected to elevate Abu Dhabi's retail proposition. It aims to unlock economic growth by attracting private-sector investment, expanding visitor spend, and creating jobs.
