Archicom Secures Occupancy Permit for Flow Phase Two

Archicom, a property developer within the Echo Group, has received an occupancy permit for the second phase of its Flow development in the New Centre of Łódź.

More than 80 per cent of the flats in the phase have been sold, with only a small number of one- and two-bedroom units remaining available.

The milestone marks another step forward for one of the largest ongoing residential projects in Poland's New Centre of Łódź district.

What the Flow Project Involves

The Flow project occupies a 2-hectare site between the Łódź Fabryczna railway station and the EC1 scientific and cultural complex, with the development ultimately set to offer over 1,200 flats across five buildings once fully complete.

Phase two, which has now received its occupancy permit, was planned to deliver 314 residential units, following the first phase's 186 units.

Three further buildings remain in the design phase, with the overall Flow development scheduled for completion by the end of 2028.

Part of a Wider Urban Transformation

Flow is designed to complement the existing urban fabric of the New Centre of Łódź, sitting alongside key landmarks including Brama Miasta, Łódź Fabryczna Railway Station, the EC1 complex and the planned Kobro Square.

The project revitalises the Fuzja post-industrial area near the Geyer-Scheibler water and factory facilities, with the site designed to remain open to the city and landscaped with greenery, alongside restaurants and service outlets on the ground floors of its buildings.
