Arif Developments has been honoured with the Golden Excellence Award for Luxury Villa Community of the Year for its Kabbali Hills project, recognising the company's focus on building residential communities centred on quality, individuality, family living and long-term value.
The award was received by Arif Abdul Latif, Founder and Chairman of Arif Developments, at the 9th Golden Excellence Awards held on July 25 at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai.

The ceremony was held under the patronage of Sheikh Nahayan Bin Mabarak Al Nahayan, UAE Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, and celebrated individuals and organisations whose leadership reflects the UAE's culture of excellence, innovation, tolerance and positive contribution to society.
Latif said the recognition carried particular significance given the values championed at the event, and described Kabbali Hills as a project built around providing families with security, dignity and comfort.
Kabbali Hills: a villa community built around family living
Kabbali Hills, located in Ajman, has been planned as a premium villa community offering spacious residences and distinctive architecture, with a deliberate move away from repetitive development models.
Greater emphasis has been placed on individuality, privacy, functional layouts and the needs of contemporary families. Latif said the project's approach to luxury goes beyond decorative finishes, resting instead on thoughtful planning, quality materials, sufficient space and community design that supports residents' well-being.

Construction progress and Ajman's growing real estate market
Kabbali Hills has made strong progress since launch:
- Construction is nearly 85 per cent complete, running around two months ahead of schedule.
- The project is scheduled for delivery in December 2027.
- Approximately 60 per cent of the development has been sold within four months.
The company said this response reflects the value buyers place on construction transparency and delivery confidence. The award also underscores Ajman's expanding position in the UAE real estate market, which continues to draw families and investors seeking spacious properties, accessible luxury and strong connectivity to other parts of the country.
Latif dedicated the recognition to the employees, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, partners and customers who contributed to the project, and said the award would motivate the company to expand its commitment to quality and responsible development.
He added that the UAE encourages entrepreneurs to think ambitiously while staying committed to people, society and the future, and said Arif Developments would continue working to deliver Kabbali Hills to the highest possible standard.
