Azizi Developments is preparing to pre-launch Azizi Florence in Sharjah on 10 September 2026. The project is valued at Dh30 billion.
It is designed in-house by Azizi's own engineering team. It marks the developer's first major masterplan in Sharjah, following its landmark Dubai projects including Burj Azizi and Azizi Venice.
The masterplan is designed as a complete self-contained community. The residential component comprises:
Anchoring the green open space is a 1.7-million-square-foot Central Park. The wider community includes flower and botanical gardens, water features, landscaped parks and 12 kilometres of jogging and cycling tracks.

Mirwais Azizi, Founder and Chairman of Azizi Developments, said the project represents a personal milestone.
He first arrived in Sharjah in 1995 during a business visit, and went on to make the UAE his home living in Sharjah for several years before moving to Dubai.
He described the Azizi Florence pre-launch as a gesture of gratitude to the emirate that welcomed him and his family three decades ago.
Beyond the personal dimension, Sharjah presents a compelling commercial case. Its proximity to Dubai, growing residential population and improving infrastructure have been attracting increasing developer attention.
A masterplan of Azizi Florence's scale if executed would represent one of the most significant private residential investments ever made in the emirate.
At Dh30 billion across more than 10,000 homes, it sits in the same category of ambition as Azizi Venice in Dubai South, which is also under active construction at pace.
