India's Casagrand has outlined plans to develop more than 6 million sq ft of premium residential and mixed-use space in Dubai over the next three years.
The announcement marks a major step up from the company's first year in the market.
It follows strong early performance on its debut project and growing confidence in the emirate's long-term residential fundamentals.
Casagrand entered Dubai with Casagrand Hermina at Dubai Islands. The project is now 60% sold. Completion is on track for Q2 2028.
The company's Dubai team has doubled in size since market entry. Two additional projects are currently being signed before the end of 2026.
Casagrand also ranked first among new entrants to the Dubai market in a closely watched annual industry ranking and Hermina won the Off-Plan Project of the Year title at multiple 2026 awards.

The company is evaluating land parcels across major masterplans and emerging growth corridors in the emirate. Future developments will focus on:
Casagrand brings over 22 years of delivery experience from India and more than 200 completed and ongoing projects.
The intention is to adapt that expertise to Dubai's international buyer base rather than simply replicate an Indian model in a different market.

Luthfullah K, Director Dubai at Casagrand, said the first year gave the company both the confidence and the mandate to think bigger.
He pointed to Hermina's sales performance, the industry recognition received, and the pace of team growth as signals pointing in the same direction.
He said the company's objective over the next three to five years is to build a balanced portfolio of premium residential developments and to establish Casagrand as a trusted, long-term name in Dubai.
He added that the intent is not to deliver residential addresses but to create environments that offer a distinctive quality of life, with thoughtful planning and functionality at the core of every decision.
Dubai remains the company's primary focus for international expansion. The company sees significant long-term potential across both established communities and emerging corridors.
For a developer arriving from a market as competitive as India's, that level of ambition is not unusual. Delivering on it in Dubai, where the field of competitors is wide and buyer expectations are high, will be the real test.
