Lusail Takes Centre Stage at the Exhibition

Lusail will be a major focus of this year's showcase, with Qetaifan Island North among the highlighted destinations. Developed by Qetaifan Projects, the waterfront destination integrates residential, hospitality, retail, leisure and entertainment uses within a masterplan.

The projects presented at Cityscape Qatar will offer visitors an opportunity to examine different residential developments and understand the range of property options being brought to market by participating developers.

The Grove Residential Project to Launch

JMJ Group Holding will launch The Grove, a waterfront residential development within Qetaifan Island North. Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the project is scheduled for completion in 2030.

The development will offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments, along with three- and four-bedroom penthouses.

Planned features include private outdoor spaces and resident amenities. A 500-metre retail and dining boulevard will form part of the wider offering.

The launch adds a new residential project to the exhibition's portfolio of developments. Its mix of apartments, penthouses and waterfront surroundings will be among the features presented to prospective buyers and investors.

Lusail Marina Heights Also Set for Launch

Shelter Development will launch Lusail Marina Heights during the exhibition. The residential project is scheduled for completion in May 2027.

The two launches highlight the range of residential developments being presented at Cityscape Qatar 2026, including projects with different completion timelines. The Grove is scheduled for 2030, while Lusail Marina Heights has a planned completion date in May 2027.
