Suryakumar Yadav Buys Dubai Home at Shahrukhz Project

Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav and his wife, Devisha Shetty, have purchased their first residential property in Dubai.

The couple bought a waterfront residence at Shahrukhz by Danube, a luxury development in Dubai Maritime City that combines premium residences, penthouses and more than 40 lifestyle amenities.

Suryakumar Yadav Invests in Dubai Real Estate

Yadav announced the investment through a video shared on Instagram. The video featured his wife and Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Properties.

In his post, the cricketer confirmed his investment in Shahrukhz Residences by Danube.

The purchase marks the couple's entry into Dubai's residential property market.

Yadav also spoke about his connection with the city, recalling visits during his cricketing career and highlighting its lifestyle, infrastructure and sense of security.

Located in Dubai Maritime City, Shahrukhz by Danube is a 56-storey residential development launched in November 2025.

The project offers luxury residences and penthouses, with more than 40 lifestyle amenities designed to support residents' leisure and wellness needs.

The development has attracted attention for its association with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

The project also features interiors designed with the involvement of Gauri Khan, including expansive living spaces, Italian-branded furniture and waterfront views.

Yadav highlighted the project's interiors, construction quality and wellness facilities as features that impressed him.

According to Rizwan Sajan, the development will offer specialised services such as hyperbaric therapy, cryotherapy and red-light therapy.

These facilities form part of the project's lifestyle offering. The development combines residential spaces with amenities focused on wellness, alongside its waterfront setting and premium interior design.

Yadav recalled visiting Dubai for the first time to play in the Indian Premier League and returning in 2020.
