Real estate industry veterans Wissam Breidy and Paula Gambrell have launched BRDG House, a strategic development company based in Dubai.
The venture brings together their international experience in real estate development, brand leadership, finance and commercial growth, with a focus on helping developers, investors, funds and landowners build long-term value.
Breidy brings more than two decades of experience across media, strategic leadership, brand development and real estate management.
As former chief executive officer of HRE Development, he led the company's market positioning, developer brand and commercial presence. He was named CEO of the Year at the 2025 Entrepreneur Leadership Awards.
Gambrell has over 20 years of experience spanning international real estate, finance, development, product strategy and commercial leadership. Her career includes executive leadership positions at Damac Properties, Ellington Properties and Dar Global.
She also played a role in expanding Dubai real estate's reach into China in 2014 and has worked on branded residences and landmark developments across multiple markets.
Together, the two leaders have led and supervised development, positioning, commercialisation and sales activities exceeding AED 30 billion ($8.2 billion) across markets.
BRDG House follows the philosophy, “We Build Value Before We Build Projects.” The company works alongside developers, investors, funds and landowners to identify opportunities, develop stronger property propositions and implement strategies throughout the development lifecycle.
Rather than functioning as a traditional external consultancy, BRDG House integrates its team with developers' leadership and functional teams.
Its approach connects market intelligence, product strategy, positioning, branding, commercialisation and execution around a shared strategic direction.
Breidy said successful developments begin with the right strategy, product and market proposition before construction or sales. He added that the company's objective is to build value into developments while strengthening the brands behind them.
The company operates through four interconnected pillars designed to support projects from initial opportunity assessment through delivery.
These pillars connect strategic planning with commercial execution, allowing the company to work across different stages of a real estate development rather than focusing only on marketing or sales.

Gambrell highlighted the relationship between market intelligence, product, positioning and commercial execution. She explained that product decisions influence pricing, pricing affects positioning, and positioning influences demand.
BRDG House aims to coordinate these decisions and support developers' teams in carrying strategies through to execution. Its stated goal extends beyond individual projects to building the capabilities, reputation and trust that developers can carry into future developments.
