Arsenal East has introduced VIBE, a residential development in Jumeirah Garden City, Satwa, Dubai, combining contemporary architecture with furnished apartments, wellness facilities and shared lifestyle spaces.
The project comprises 207 residences, including 153 one-bedroom apartments and 54 studios, designed to bring work, fitness, relaxation and social activities into one residential setting.
The development was showcased at a launch event at Nikki Beach, giving prospective investors and real estate professionals an introduction to its architectural concept and lifestyle offering.
Rather than relying on conventional luxury finishes and neutral interiors, VIBE embraces expressive design, unconventional shapes and distinctive materials.
Arsenal East chief executive Maxim Barkov said the project represents an important step in the company's expansion into the UAE market. He also identified Abu Dhabi as another market the developer is considering.
According to Yodgor Davlatmamadov, CEO and owner of YD Design and the project's architect, the concept focuses on how people increasingly use their homes for working, exercising, dining and leisure. The development is intended to reflect these changing residential preferences.
VIBE comprises 153 one-bedroom apartments and 54 studio residences. Its amenities extend beyond individual homes, with facilities intended to support everyday activities and encourage residents to interact within shared spaces.
The planned facilities include:
The development will provide more than 7,000 square feet of indoor amenities and 20,000 square feet of outdoor amenities.
These shared facilities are intended to make fitness, work and social activities more accessible within the residential complex.
Fedor Goregliad, co-founder and head architect at DA bureau, said the design challenges conventional expectations of luxury residential architecture. The concept combines premium materials, marble and complex shapes to create a distinctive visual identity.
One planned feature is a large marble cube suspended from the lobby ceiling, designed to challenge conventional perceptions of space and orientation. The overall architectural approach combines traditional materials with unexpected forms.

Wellness is another central element of the project. Dedicated spaces for yoga, meditation, swimming and fitness are intended to help residents incorporate these activities into their daily routines.
VIBE wellness ambassador Carolina Cortesi highlighted the difficulty of maintaining healthy routines amid work, family commitments and traffic.
Integrating wellness facilities into a residential building is intended to reduce these everyday barriers.
