CTP Leases 24,400 Sqm to Romstal at Bucharest South

CTP has signed a lease for 24,400 sqm at CTPark Bucharest South with Romstal, a distributor of construction installation equipment.

The leased space is part of a 54,000 sqm facility within the park and will support Romstal's logistics and distribution operations across Romania and the wider Central and Eastern Europe region.

Romstal distributes products across several categories, including thermo, hydro, sanitary, electrical and ceramic products. Its customer base includes companies operating in the construction and installation sectors.

CTPark Bucharest South Offers Transport Access

CTPark Bucharest South is located between Bucharest's ring road and the A0 motorway.

The location provides direct access to national and international transport routes, including the A2 motorway towards Constanța, Romania's largest Black Sea port.

The park offers modern and scalable space for logistics, distribution and light industrial occupiers. It also provides room for expansion as companies' operational requirements change.

CTP Highlights Demand for Logistics Space

Ronald Binkofski, Managing Director of CTP Romania, said Romstal's decision to take space reflects continued demand from established distributors for modern, scalable and well-connected logistics facilities around Bucharest.

He also said companies are looking to consolidate operations, improve delivery times and build more resilient supply chains.

According to Binkofski, access to high-quality logistics space in strategic locations is becoming increasingly important for these activities.

CTP Holds 3.2 Million Sqm in Romania

The Romstal lease adds to CTP's logistics and industrial presence in Romania. The company holds more than 3.2 million sqm of logistics and industrial space across Bucharest, Timișoara, Brașov, Sibiu, Craiova and Arad.

Romania is part of CTP's wider European portfolio, which totals 14.8 million sqm across 12 countries. A further 2.0 million sqm is currently under construction across the company's European portfolio.

CTP Reports Leasing Activity Across Romania

Since April 2026, CTP has signed more than 100,000 sqm of leases across Romania. Across its wider business, the company recorded nearly 1.6 million sqm of leasing activity during the first half of 2026.

The latest agreement highlights the role of CTPark Bucharest South as a logistics and distribution location for businesses requiring access to Bucharest and major transport routes.

Romstal's 24,400 sqm lease will support its distribution activities while adding another occupier to the park's 54,000 sqm facility.

Lease Supports Romstal's Distribution Operations

The agreement is also aligned with CTP's broader leasing activity in the Romanian market.

For Romstal, the new warehouse space provides a location within CTPark Bucharest South for logistics and distribution operations serving Romania and the wider CEE region.

The park's position near the A0 and A2 motorway network connects the site with key domestic and international routes.

CTPark Bucharest South therefore combines a large-scale facility with transport access and the ability to accommodate future operational expansion.

The 24,400 sqm lease forms part of the 54,000 sqm facility, giving Romstal dedicated space within the wider logistics park.
