RC Europe is preparing to develop RC Zone Přerov. This is a new industrial park located about 300 metres from a D1 motorway exit.
The site sits between Brno and Ostrava. The project has already received a final and binding building permit.
The park will comprise three buildings. Together they will offer a total leasable area of approximately 48,400 sqm.
The space is intended primarily for manufacturing and related warehousing. Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2026.
Delivery is expected in phases over 12 to 14 months. Total investment will exceed CZK 3 billion.
Drawing on Experience from Croatia
The developer is drawing on its experience from RC Zone Samobor. This is an industrial park in the Bobovica economic zone near Zagreb. It was developed alongside the A3 motorway.
- First phase of RC Zone Samobor covers approximately 43,000 sqm
- Completed in 2025, fully leased on completion
- Tenants include DB Schenker, dm-drogerie markt, Milšped, Logaritam, and Commel
A second phase is under construction at Samobor. The park will ultimately provide more than 90,000 sqm of industrial, warehouse, and distribution space. Total investment in the Samobor project exceeds €100 million.
What RC Europe's CEO Said
Antonín Dillenz is CEO of RC Europe for the Czech Republic and Croatia. He said Samobor is more than a reference project in terms of scale. He explained it showed the importance of developing projects together with future users from the start.
He said offering a standard warehouse is no longer enough for large manufacturing and logistics operations. He added that RC Europe addresses energy supply, technologies and fire safety alongside automation and supply logistics.
He said this is the experience the company wants to apply in Přerov too.

Technical Specifications
RC Zone Přerov will sit between the former Přerovské strojírny industrial complex and the Henčlov district.
The buildings will have a clear height of 12 metres. They will use a 12 by 24 metre column grid. Industrial floors will have a load-bearing capacity of 7 tonnes per sqm.
The buildings will use emission-free heating systems. Roofs are designed to accommodate photovoltaic generation. RC Europe plans to pursue BREEAM Outstanding certification.
The layout allows individual units to be subdivided and adapted to specific requirements.

What the Project's General Manager Said
Jan Strejček is General Manager of the RC Zone Přerov project. He said the company does not want to build a generic warehouse and then look for a tenant.
He explained that Samobor confirmed a better result comes from addressing a specific operation together with the tenant during construction.
He said the Přerov project is now ready to proceed while still allowing future user requirements to be incorporated efficiently.
RC Europe is currently in discussions with manufacturing companies seeking capacity in Moravia. This also includes businesses combining manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, and distribution.
Přerov also benefits from its status as one of the Czech Republic's major railway hubs.
