Helvetia Residences residential project in Jumeirah Village Circle Dubai

DHG Properties, a Dubai-based developer and part of Swiss real estate and construction group DHG, has officially begun the handover of Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). The residential project has a development value of $200 million.

The premium development brings 430 homes to JVC across 25 floors and more than 73,000 square metres of built-up area. The project was completed within two years and marks the first delivery of DHG's Helvetia residential brand in the UAE.

430 Homes Delivered in JVC

Helvetia Residences offers studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The project is designed around contemporary lifestyles, combining private residential spaces with landscaped outdoor areas and a range of amenities.

Facilities include a resort-style swimming pool, children's play area, Technogym-equipped fitness centre, jogging track and rooftop padel court. The residences also feature smart home technology and premium materials.

Handover Event Held for Helvetia Residences

To mark the beginning of handovers, DHG hosted an event attended by government representatives, brokers, business partners and members of the company's leadership team.

The event included a tour of Helvetia Residences, allowing guests to view the completed development, residences and amenities.

Blagoje Antic, Chairman, CEO and Founder of DHG, said the delivery of Helvetia Residences represents the realisation of the company's vision to bring its Swiss development heritage to the UAE.

JVC Chosen for DHG's First UAE Project

According to Vice Chairman Milos Antic, JVC's position as one of Dubai's established residential communities was an important factor in selecting the location for DHG's first UAE development.

DHG said the focus will continue beyond handing over the keys, with the company aiming to maintain the quality and level of service associated with the group throughout the ownership journey.

DHG Introduces Property Management Services

Supporting this approach, DHG has introduced DHG Property Management, an integrated suite of ownership services. The offering covers real estate advisory, long-term leasing, short-term rental and resale.

The handover marks a step in DHG's long-term UAE plans, moving the group from establishing its presence in the market to delivering and managing completed residential communities.

The handover comes during a period of continued residential delivery across Dubai. According to the Dubai Land Department, 104 real estate projects were completed in the first half of the year, representing more than AED111 billion in investment and adding 24,537 new units to the market.

DHG currently has two new developments under construction in Dubai. The group said it will continue focusing on locations, construction quality, efficient delivery and the long-term value of its residential communities as its UAE portfolio expands.
