The project is developed by Swiss Property. This is a Dubai-based boutique development firm. It focuses on premium, contemporary homes with a design-led approach.
The development brings Kempinski's 150-year hospitality legacy to a scenic part of Dubai. Residents can enjoy views of Burj Khalifa, Creek Harbour, or the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary.
What Kempinski's CEO Said
Barbara Muckermann is the CEO of Kempinski Group. She said the residence goes beyond the brand's European elegance and legendary service.
She explained it offers residents deeper engagement with the destination, its culture, and its cuisine. She noted the design merges indoor and outdoor spaces around the Creek.
This is meant to bring a sense of well-being and connection to residents.
She added that the UAE and the wider GCC remain a strategic focus for Kempinski. This comes as demand for branded residences continues to grow.

Karim Adi is the CEO of Swiss Property. He said the project was built around two core ideas. These are human connection and healthy living.
He explained the goal was to create an environment that brings people together. He said it encourages an active, balanced lifestyle and fosters a genuine sense of community.

Future Plans and Regional Portfolio
Kempinski also plans to launch Kempinski Marina Residences in 2029. This new project will be located at Dubai Marina.
It will feature vertical gardens set on staggered balconies.
Kempinski's residences have become sought-after addresses across the GCC.
This includes Kempinski Harbour Heights Hotel and Residences in Manama, Bahrain. It also includes Kempinski Hotel and Residences at Masar in Makkah, located near the Grand Mosque.
