Dugasta Properties has launched two new residential projects in Dubai, adding 456 homes to the city's mid-market housing supply.
The projects, Al Haseen 6 and Garden Living, were unveiled during the International Property Show 2026.
Al Haseen 6 is located in Dubai Industrial City and will comprise 287 residential units.
The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.
Garden Living is located in Liwan and will include 169 units. Its completion is tentatively planned for the end of 2026, TradeArabia reported.
The two developments are aimed at meeting demand for larger homes among middle-income buyers in Dubai.
Dugasta said it has seen growing demand for one-bedroom and larger residential units.
The developer also reported an increase in average property investment sizes over the past six months.
The company said this points to continued interest in Dubai's residential market.
Both projects are being positioned around practical home layouts, amenities and payment structures designed for buyers seeking residential properties in the mid-market segment.

Buyers from Britain, Pakistan and the UAE also form part of its customer base.
The latest launches come as Dugasta continues to expand its residential portfolio across Dubai.
The developer's existing projects include developments in Dubai Industrial City, Al Warsan and Dubai South.

Dugasta's official portfolio includes residential developments ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes across several Dubai locations.
The developer has continued adding projects as demand for Dubai housing remains active.
