Harden Builds 16,500 sqm InPost Cross-Dock Park in Toruń

Harden Construction is building Panattoni Park Toruń II, an industrial and warehouse development in Lubicz Dolny in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region of Poland.

InPost, the parcel locker and delivery network operator, is the main tenant. The facility is a cross-dock building designed specifically for the fast-flow logistics requirements of a high-volume parcel distribution operation.

The building's thermal insulation standards exceed current technical requirements by 20%.

This reduces heat loss in winter and limits overheating in summer, lowering operating costs across the facility's life cycle. The project is targeting BREEAM Excellent certification.

Why the Project Matters

Paweł Fiuczek, Managing Director at Harden Construction, said the goal is to build facilities that are modern and flexibly adapted to the requirements of the investor and tenant.

He described the Lubicz Dolny investment as another step in developing the company's cooperation with InPost and Panattoni, combining high construction standards with attention to the long-term functionality of the building.

Cross-dock facilities serve a different purpose from standard warehouses. Goods arrive, are immediately sorted and redirected outward, with minimal time in storage.

For a parcel network operator like InPost which processes millions of shipments weekly across Poland having a purpose-built cross-dock in a well-connected regional location like Toruń improves sorting speed and reduces last-mile delivery distances for the surrounding region.

Harden's Growing Industrial Track Record

Harden Construction has delivered over 1,100,000 sqm of industrial space since 2021. Its client list includes Samsung Electronics, H&M, Allegro and Carrefour Polska.

The company holds an EcoVadis Platinum certificate, reflecting the sustainability standards it applies across its construction operations.

The Toruń project continues a pattern of large-scale industrial delivery partnerships that position Harden as one of Poland's most active contractors in the logistics and warehouse construction segment.
