IRTH Group, an emerging real estate investment platform, has introduced IRTH Contracting as the dedicated delivery arm for its expanding portfolio of developments, marking a significant step in its evolution into a fully integrated real estate platform. The company said that as its portfolio continues to grow across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, strengthening in-house delivery capabilities was a natural next step.
Bringing Development and Construction Under One Roof
By combining development and construction into a single integrated business, IRTH aims to align vision, execution, and delivery more closely, while improving accountability, coordination, and long-term value creation across every stage of a project's lifecycle. The new contracting unit will oversee delivery of IRTH's existing and future developments, including Rove Home Marasi Drive, Rove Home Dubai Marina, HQ by Rove, Haus of Tenet, and all upcoming projects across the group's portfolio.

He added that as the company's portfolio grows, consistency in execution is becoming just as important as strong design, framing the move as a way to reinforce discipline and long-term thinking across delivery rather than simply expanding construction capacity.

Central to the new unit's approach is what IRTH calls its 7×24 Commitment to Progress, described as a cultural mindset rather than a single initiative, built around continuous collaboration, constant communication, and the many coordinated decisions that shape a project's final outcome. Seyhun Demir, Chief Development and Execution Officer, said progress is often only recognised once a building is complete, but that the real work lies in the hundreds of decisions and coordination efforts made long before that point, and that IRTH Contracting is meant to strengthen oversight of that entire process.
