Krysiak Doubles Warehouse Space at MLP Poznań West

Krysiak has extended its lease at the MLP Poznań West logistics centre and added 3,813 sqm of warehouse space. The expansion doubles the company's total footprint at the logistics park.

Krysiak is a Polish supplier of garden machinery and equipment. The company has operated at the site since early 2020. Agent Rock Estate advised Krysiak on the lease transaction.

Krysiak Expands Its Logistics Operations

Krysiak Sp. z o.o. has been active in the market since 1990. It distributes its own brands, including Faworyt, Lider, Handy and 4garden. The company also distributes products from European manufacturers such as Texas, Limpar and Gloria.

Krysiak has worked with MLP Group for around six years. According to the company, the lease expansion reflects growing operational demand.

Tomasz Pietrzak, Leasing Director Poland at MLP Group, said the significant increase in leased space confirms the company's focus on creating an environment that supports tenant growth. He also highlighted flexibility and the ability to adapt space to changing tenant requirements.

Expansion Uses Neighbouring Module

Rock Estate said the expansion was planned around Krysiak's operational needs and the timing required for the company to increase its space. During the transition, additional space was secured under a short-term lease to handle periods of peak demand.

The expansion will take place in the neighbouring module. This allows Krysiak to avoid moving to another building and the additional costs linked to relocation.

MLP Poznań West Logistics Park

MLP Poznań West is located on the western side of Poznań, directly off the S11 expressway and 7 km from the A2 motorway junction.

When complete, the logistics park will offer more than 173,000 sqm of warehouse and production space. The complex targets companies operating in e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light manufacturing.

Buildings at the park are undergoing BREEAM certification. The development also features photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle charging stations and cycling infrastructure.
