The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority has put 324 affordable homes on sale in the Nashik region on a First Come, First Served basis, priced between ₹11 lakh and ₹27 lakh.
The homes are spread across multiple locations in and around Nashik city.
Applications are accepted online through MHADA's official portal at bookmyhome.mhada.gov.in until 11.59 p.m. on 12 September 2026.
Where the Homes Are Located
The 324 units span twelve locations across the Nashik region:
- Makhmalabad, Satpur, Vihitgaon
- Sinnar Phata, Pathardi, Mhasrul
- Agar Takli, Gangapur, Deolali
- Chehedi, Mery-Rasbihari Link Road, Adgaon
How to Apply
Online registration and application submission opens at 11.00 a.m. on 9 September 2026 and closes at 11.59 p.m. on 12 September 2026.
The process for online acceptance of the earnest money deposit and selection of the scheme runs across the same window.
Applicants must pay the prescribed administrative charges within 48 hours of selecting a tenement.
MHADA has confirmed it has not appointed any representative, consultant or property agent for the sale or distribution of these units.

Fraud Warning From MHADA
MHADA and the Nashik Board have issued a clear warning to applicants.
Any broker or individual found selling applications without authorisation, collecting money in MHADA's name or engaging in fraudulent activity should be reported to MHADA's Chief Vigilance and Security Officer on 022-66405448.
Applicants are advised not to enter into any financial transaction with unauthorised individuals, and MHADA will not be responsible for any losses arising from such transactions.

About the FCFS Scheme
MHADA's First Come, First Served mechanism is used to sell homes that were previously offered through lottery schemes but remained unsold.
Rather than running another lottery, MHADA makes these units available directly to eligible applicants who apply through the official portal within the specified window.
The scheme was applied in Mumbai in February 2026, where 118 flats in areas including Kandivali, Malad, Wadala, Powai, Ghatkopar and Andheri were made available in the same way.
The Nashik offering extends the same model to a major Maharashtra city outside the Mumbai metropolitan area, where affordable home prices starting at ₹11 lakh represent a meaningfully accessible entry point for first-time buyers in the region.
