
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority's (MHADA) Pune Board has put 4,462 affordable homes on sale. This is through a computerised lottery. Prices range from Rs 11 lakh to Rs 64 lakh.
The homes are located across the Pune Municipal Corporation and Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation areas.
MHADA has started the online registration and application process for the lottery, according to a statement.
The online registration and application process began at 12 noon on August 24, 2026. Applicants have time until September 15, 2026, to complete key steps in the process:
The provisional list of accepted applications will be published on September 29, 2026, at 7 pm.
Claims and objections can be submitted until October 1, 2026, at 5 pm. The final list will be published on October 8, 2026, at 7 pm.
The computerised lottery draw is scheduled for October 13, 2026, at 11 am.

Within Pune Municipal Corporation limits, apartments are for sale in locations including Manjari Khurd, Mhalunge, Bhugaon, Dhanori, Warje, Katraj, Hadapsar, Pashan, Kharadi, Baner, Dhayari, Lohegaon, Bibwewadi, Mundhwa, Undri, Wadgaon, Bavdhan and Kondhwa Khurd.
Within Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation limits, apartments are located in Moshi, Kiwale, Dudulgaon, Tathawade, Wakad, Chikhali, Ravet, Punawale, Balewadi, Rahatani, Vadmukhwadi, Manurdi, Pimple Saudagar and Pimple Gurav.
The lottery includes tenements for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and the Low Income Group (LIG). For the EWS category, annual family income must be up to Rs 6 lakh. For the LIG category, the limit is up to Rs 9 lakh.
Income proof must cover the period from August 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.
Applicants need an Income Tax Return or an income certificate issued by the tehsildar. The combined income of husband and wife will be considered when determining eligibility, MHADA said.
