Modon Developments is investing around EGP 5 billion in its Green River Tower project in Egypt's New Administrative Capital. The company has already deployed about EGP 1 billion in the development.
Construction has reached around 52%, with Modon targeting completion within the next eight months. Façade, interior, finishing and electromechanical works are being carried out alongside structural construction.
Green River Tower will combine commercial, administrative and hospitality components. The project has a built-up area of approximately 64,000 square metres and includes three basement levels, a ground floor and 25 upper floors.
The tower is located directly on Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis and overlooks the Green River. It is also next to a monorail station, giving the project access to an important public transport connection.
Modon has released only around 15% of the project's units for sale so far. Additional units are expected to be offered as construction progresses.

The developer is using post-tensioned slabs and ready-made formwork systems to accelerate construction. The technology allows formwork to be removed within five to six days in some stages.
Each floor covers approximately 2,500 square metres. Modon is completing the structural cycle of columns, walls and slabs in around 20 to 21 days.
Curtain wall façade work is expected to begin within two to three months. Interior construction, mechanical and electrical works and finishing will continue in parallel.

The project will include sustainability measures such as solar panels and systems designed to reduce energy and water consumption. These features align with requirements for developments in the New Administrative Capital.
Green River Tower is also being developed in partnership with Royal Maxim Hotels for its hospitality component. Office units are planned to be delivered fully finished to a premium standard, while hospitality units will follow hotel operating specifications.
Modon is simultaneously accelerating construction at other New Capital projects, including M Business Tower, The Tower and Modon Mega Tower.
