MyInvestor and Vivla second-home co-ownership in Spain

MyInvestor has partnered with Vivla to offer customers access to second homes through a co-ownership model.

The partnership expands the neobank's real estate offering and gives customers an alternative way to access holiday properties in Spain.

Vivla currently manages more than 72 residences across destinations including Menorca, Ibiza, Baqueira and Cantabria.

The homes are offered to a limited number of co-owners who share the purchase cost and use the property during allocated weeks.

Vivla Offers Shared Ownership of Spanish Holiday Homes

Under the model, several owners share ownership of a second home. Each owner contributes a proportion of the property's purchase price and receives access to the home for an allocated number of weeks.

The structure reduces the initial capital required compared with purchasing an entire second home.

It also allows ownership and ongoing property costs to be distributed among several owners.

Vivla manages the properties throughout the year. Its responsibilities include maintenance, cleaning, utilities and coordinating owners' stays.

MyInvestor Plans Financing for Property Stakes

MyInvestor also plans to introduce financing for customers who want to purchase ownership stakes in Vivla properties.

The neobank has not yet disclosed the financing terms or the launch date.

The planned financing could make the co-ownership model accessible to a wider group of buyers.

Customers would be able to consider a partial ownership stake rather than financing the purchase of an entire holiday home.

Co-Ownership Creates Alternative Second-Home Option

The partnership reflects growing interest in alternative ownership models for second homes.

Buyers can access premium holiday destinations while sharing acquisition and maintenance costs with other owners.

Vivla's model provides legal ownership of a share rather than simply offering a holiday-use subscription.

Its properties are structured around co-ownership, with the company managing the homes and coordinating usage between owners.

For MyInvestor, the partnership adds second-home property access to its broader financial and wealth-management offering.

The planned financing service could further strengthen its role in Spain's co-ownership market.
