Panattoni has leased nearly 20,000 sqm of industrial space at Panattoni Park Wałbrzych to an e-commerce company, strengthening the logistics developer's presence in Lower Silesia.
The tenant will use the facility to manage operations across European markets. The agreement also marks another collaboration between the two companies, with the e-commerce business adding another location to its regional network.
The transaction highlights continued demand for modern logistics facilities from e-commerce companies seeking strategically located warehouse space.
New Tenant Expands Regional Operations
The leased space will support the tenant's growing logistics operations and provide additional capacity for its European activities.
The deal was completed particularly quickly. According to Panattoni, only one week passed between the initial enquiry and signing of the lease, with the space handed over to the tenant the following day.
The rapid execution demonstrates the growing importance of flexibility and speed in the e-commerce logistics sector, where companies often need additional warehouse capacity within short timeframes.
Wałbrzych Offers Strategic Location
Panattoni Park Wałbrzych is located in the Szczawienko district of Wałbrzych, close to national road No. 35 and the Czech border.
The park is situated within the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone, providing access to regional industrial and logistics networks.
Its location makes the facility suitable for companies serving markets in Poland and neighbouring European countries, particularly the Czech Republic and other Central European destinations.
57,000 Sqm Park Serves Diverse Tenants
Panattoni Park Wałbrzych comprises two warehouses with a combined area of 57,000 sqm.
The buildings serve businesses operating in e-commerce, logistics and light manufacturing. The park also holds BREEAM certification, reflecting the increasing focus on sustainability within Poland's industrial property sector.
Following the latest lease, approximately 6,000 sqm remains available for tenants.
