The total rent over the lease tenure amounts to approximately ₹2.46 crore. The lease commenced on 1 August 2026 and was registered on 1 September 2026, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The initial monthly rent is ₹8,26,875, with a security deposit of ₹30 lakh. The lease includes a 12-month lock-in period and a 5% annual rent escalation. The monthly rent schedule across the 28-month term:
