Panattoni Starts Final Phase of Business Park Near Łódź

Panattoni has started construction of the final phase of Panattoni Park Zgierz I in Lućmierz, near Łódź, Poland.

The new phase will add nearly 16,400 sq m of warehouse and logistics space.

Once completed, the entire park will provide more than 29,000 sq m of space.

The latest development strengthens Panattoni's presence in the Łódź industrial market.

New Warehouse Targets Logistics and E-Commerce

The new facility has been designed for companies operating in logistics and e-commerce.

The building will support warehousing and distribution activities.

Loading bays on both sides of the building are planned to improve the movement of goods.

The layout is intended to support efficient logistics operations for future occupiers.

Construction Led by Depenbrock

Depenbrock has been appointed as the general contractor for the final phase.

The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.

The development will also target BREEAM Excellent certification.

Panattoni Park Zgierz I is located in Lućmierz, north of Łódź.
