The building will support warehousing and distribution activities.
Loading bays on both sides of the building are planned to improve the movement of goods.
The layout is intended to support efficient logistics operations for future occupiers.
Depenbrock has been appointed as the general contractor for the final phase.
The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027.
The development will also target BREEAM Excellent certification.

Panattoni Park Zgierz I is located in Lućmierz, north of Łódź.
The park is approximately 4 km from the A2 motorway and 3.5 km from the S14 expressway.
