PARAGON | ADEER has announced the complete sellout of The Nexus Phase, the first phase of its Sumou Boulevard development, within just 48 hours of its official launch. The phase generated total sales of EGP 7 billion, reflecting strong buyer confidence in East Cairo's emerging growth corridors.
The Nexus Phase featured a wide mix of residential units, ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, with areas starting from 31 square metres up to 238 square metres. Alongside the residential offerings, the phase also included office and loft office spaces ranging from 64 square metres to as large as 9,000 square metres. This breadth of options attracted interest from both end-users seeking a place to live and investors looking for commercial opportunities within a single integrated destination.
Following the rapid sellout of the initial phase, PARAGON | ADEER released additional buildings under the project's Financial Hub component in response to continued market demand. This newly released inventory also sold out within hours, reinforcing the sustained appetite for the project and signalling market confidence in its long-term value.

Company leadership pointed to the results as evidence of a broader shift in buyer preferences toward integrated destinations that combine residential living, business space, and community amenities rather than standalone real estate products. The sales and leadership teams described the response as reflecting growing market maturity, with strong interest coming from both individual buyers and investors who see value in mixed-use developments located within strategically positioned growth corridors.
PARAGON | ADEER is a joint venture that brings together Adeer International, the investment arm of Saudi Arabia's Sumou Holding, and Egypt's Paragon Developments. The partnership is positioned around combining regional investment strength with local development expertise to build integrated urban destinations across the region. The strong early results for Sumou Boulevard are being framed as an early indicator of the potential for this kind of Egyptian-Saudi collaboration in shaping large-scale, mixed-use urban projects going forward.
