Resi4Rent has opened Resi4Rent Wrocław Bardzka, a 620-unit build-to-rent development in the south-eastern part of the city, at the junction of the Hub and Tarnogaj districts.
All apartments are fully furnished, equipped with household appliances and Wi-Fi and available on a subscription basis a model the company has been developing across Poland since 2018.
The Wrocław Bardzka scheme brings Resi4Rent's total nationwide portfolio to more than 8,000 units.
Units are offered across three product formats designed for different household sizes and life stages:
The subscription package goes beyond the apartment itself. It includes a fixed monthly fee, a transparent lease agreement, a dedicated client manager, technical service, building security and a management app.
Common areas incorporate a co-working space, a bookcrossing shelf, community event programming and hotel-inspired service standards.
The building also features a photovoltaic installation and motion-sensor lighting throughout common areas.

Sławomir Imianowski, president of the management board of Resi4Rent, described Wrocław as a natural location for subscription housing growth, pointing to the city's strength as both an academic and business centre.
He said flexibility, predictability and professional management are priorities for many residents who do not want the commitment of buying a property and that the Bardzka project reinforces that offer while demonstrating that PRS is becoming an important complement to the traditional residential market.
Alicja Kościesza, director of sales and marketing at Resi4Rent, added that the offer is designed with different life stages in mind, with what connects its clients being the expectation that the apartment will be ready to move into, the terms will be clear and day-to-day matters can be handled efficiently.
Resi4Rent is owned by Echo Investment, which holds a 30% stake, and a global investment fund represented by Griffin Capital Partners, which holds the remaining 70%.
